Sisterhood exists to place value on girls and women, to spread hope and to promote social justice. This summer we want to do this in our community by spreading hope through a Summer Series called: Hope Answers. The three part series will take place on Saturday mornings July 8, July 15 and July 22.
The three part series is for women and girls of all ages and will address common challenges that girls and women face today. The series is called: Hope Answers. There is hope in God for every challenge we face and together, we can break shame and stigma that surrounds some of these relevant issues! Whether women and girls in our community have a faith background or not, these sessions will shine the hope of Jesus to all in relevant ways. We hope to see you and your neighbors, co-workers and friends there - all are welcome!
Sessions will be held on Saturday mornings July 8, 15 and 22nd at Elim Church. Coffee and muffins will be served at 9:45am. At 10-11:30am there will be music, a hope-filled message and opportunities to connect with other girls and women.
The topics below were identified as the most common challenges girls and women face and will be the big three topics for this series. God’s word is hope and we are going to find some lasting hope together. Don’t miss it!
